Life on Standby

"I don't think people are meant to be by themselves, that's why, if you actually find someone you care about... it's important to let go of the little things - even if you can't let go all the way. Because nothing sucks more than feeling all alone... no matter how many people are around you"

my employer's travel expense policy states:

yeah, people who text other people too much are harrassing them.

i love counseling, it is a great way to vent! let it all out! you'll feel a great weight lifted off your shoulders. it's almost like a high for me to talk to a therapist. they are actually listening to me and they understand me (or at least they have me convinced they do) which is rare in my life, so i'm willing to pay for it. of course, i'd rather it were free... but... it's not. although when i was 19-23 i got free counseling cuz the guy was really cool and liked talking to me... probably a boundary violation, but nothing bad happened. but recovery is a life-long project, but one day at a time as they say. keep on keeping on. it works if you work it so work it. and all that jazz.
