Life on Standby

"I don't think people are meant to be by themselves, that's why, if you actually find someone you care about... it's important to let go of the little things - even if you can't let go all the way. Because nothing sucks more than feeling all alone... no matter how many people are around you"

Why does the road I walk not comfort me?

Well, i'm not too convinced that my appeal went my way. The questions they asked were pretty ermm, fucking stupid and they skimmed over my alcohol addiction and well, to be honest, my mental state, both in the past and at the moment. They also kept making excuses for the cock of a doctor who made the origional decision saying that 'he only reports _his_ thoughts'. Not heard anything so far despite them saying I would get their decision in a couple of days.

Fred Mascherino has left Taking Back Sunday to concentrate on his 'side' project, The Color Fred. Gutted he is gone from TBS but TCF's stuff is pretty good.

Me likee.

Got dragged down to the Town last night for beers. Saw Stacie, one of my ex's and she looked pretty. Met up with a girl I origionally met last year. She ended up having a 'semi' relationship with a friend of mine, Stu - who neglected to tell her he was married with a newborn baby... when she found out she wanted nothing to do with him. There was always something there between me and her, Mandy, from the beginning and last night it came out... until Stu got jealous. Being the gentleman I am, I let them get to talking, he was first in the queue after all. She took my mobile number so it's all on her...

Drinking hard again...
