I need a holiday...

Imagine, if you will... a 4 day break to Skegness, not the sunniest, nor the most aesthetically pleasing place on the planet. Now imagine, a bald headed, fair skinned man who still doesn't realise he burns at the slightest hint of the sun!! To top it off, ended up with the flu to complement the sunstroke and the blisters on my shiny head - quality ;-D



Was a mixed weekend, some highs, some lows, nothing notable really, just a nice break.

I've cut my drinking down a bit, partly due to illness, partly due to ermm, to be honest, I have no idea what the other reason is :-S

Made a promise to myself that I am going to get my car back on the road... I miss her!

Bought a £2 clear and frosted glass chess set from a car boot sale on Sunday. Mint condition and will look real cool on a beech, pine or mahogany table in my sitting room. 2 of my nephews commented on my sudden 'domestication' and 'houseproudness' - ah well, guess we all have to partly grow up at some point, yes?

No more song lyrics, t'is tre pretentious!?!

I've not been able to shave my head since last Thursday due to the whole 'Freddy Kreuger' look I am currently rocking and I have also let my little ginger Lemmy beard go to hell in a handbasket - ah well, I will look extra pretty when I am able to do them :-D
